Money Back Guarantee Policy

We want our customers to be happy. For this reason, we offer a money-back guarantee on all our tyres. You may change your mind for any reason within 10 days from the day you place your order or receive the tyres and as long as you return the products in a satisfactory condition (as described below) at your expense we will refund your money.

To receive a refund you will need to do the following:
Either (1) call our sales team on 01903 202140 during working hours; or (2) send an email to worthingextremetyres"gmail.com to inform us of your wish to return a product under our money back guarantee scheme. We will need you to give us certain information, including without limitation, the products you want to return, your order number, the price you paid (excluding shipping) and the reason for your dissatisfaction. We aim to issue refunds quickly but your refund will be issued within 30 days of us receiving notice of your return under the money back guarantee. This guarantee is open to residents of the UK only. Exclusions: All tyres are tested and tread depths are measured before they are sent out. Extreme Tyres reserves the right to reduce the amount of the refund if the condition of the tyres has deteriorated since we sold them to you. We will not be able to issue refunds for tyres that were damaged due to improper tyre fitting by a third party or other mishandling. Shipping or courier costs are not refundable. Please note that you are under a statutory duty of care to look after the unwanted goods in your possession.
